p.s. excelent opportunity because we have plenty of stock and ocean freight is high now, so we are offering at this ridiculous low price; our usual lowest price is USD 1.5/ MTU but we have lowered to USD 1.0/ MTU (no room for negotiation); this price is extremely cheap.

The price per mtu (metric ton unit) means that you should multiply it by the content (40%) to come up with FOB price.
USD 1.0 mtu times 40% mn average content equals USD 40 per metric ton FOB
